He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Brenda Dunn (Barry), Rick Van Heukelom (Anne), Robert Van Heukelom (Pam), Lisa Van Heukelom, Lynn Curtis (Mike) and Mary Jane Dickie (John); and his brother-in-law Doug Hamilton.
