He was predeceased by: his sister Corrine Mary Elizabeth Rivest; and his parents, Phillis Minota Bailey and William James Bailey. He is survived by: his siblings, William James Bailey and Marie Yvonne Stout (Bruce). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
