It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Blake Carrothers (London, Ontario), born in Belmont, Ontario, who passed away on August 17, 2019, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Edna Carrothers; his siblings, Graydon, Grant, Bob and Wilma Gilbert; and his parents, Jack Carrothers and Ruby Carrothers (Prior).
He is survived by: his children, Ron Carrothers (Margareth) of Fernie, B. C. and Lynda Elley (Mark) of Texas; his grandchildren, Deanna (Bratcher) and Jeremy (Sarah); his great grandchildren, Blake and Chloe; and his sister-in-law Gladys Carrothers.
