She was predeceased by: her husband Tom "Toby" Black; her brother-in-law Jim MacFarlane; her sister Peggy Ireland; and her parents, Joan Tuckwood and Stan Tuckwood.
She is survived by: her children, Toby Whalen (Terry) of London and Scott Black (Sharon) of Kerwood; her grandchildren, Matthew Whalen (Sarah), Michael Whalen (Christine), Julie Whalen (Brendan), Erica Black (Grant) and Thomas Black (Michael); her great grandchild Sophie Whalen; her sisters, Sylvia Davis (late Bob Davis), Wendy Demo (Bob) and Brenda Reilly; and her siblings-in-law, Doris Black (late Jack Black), Gloria, Bob Black, Ruth Ann MacFarlane (Dan Lewandowski) and Peggy Ann Black (late Jim Black). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
