He was predeceased by: his spouse Eda Bouwers Tiesma; his son George; his grandsons, Darryl Van Den Tempel and Wesley Cameron; his siblings, Sid Tiesma (Siemie) and Alice Hoorntje (Steven); his parents, George and Isabel; his siblings-in-law, Janet Struiksma (Fred), Harry VanderWindt and Hendrik; and his parents-in-law, John and Egbertje.
He is survived by: his children, Liz Van Den (Ted), Yolanda Cameron (Jamie), Heather Postma (Aubrey), Lucinda Klapwyk (Mike) and Art Tiesma (Jennifer); his grandchildren, David Van Den (Lauren), Thea Guenther (Josh), Sofia McTempel (Rebecca), Derek Van Den (Lisa), Ben Van Den (Kylie), James Cameron (Danielle), Wendel Cameron (Rachel Campbell), Aaron Postma (Kirsten), Tyler Postma (Samantha), Isabel Klapwyk, Quin Klapwyk, Ilse Klapwyk (Dustin McRorie), Spencer Tiesma (April), Paige Tiesma (Chuck Harris), Madison Tiesma, Emma Tiesma, Anika, Kase, Ryker, Brock Van Den Tempel, Lincoln, Jane Guenther, Jack, Kate, Lauren Cameron and Madelyn Van Den Tempel; his siblings, Lucy Van Dalen (Dirk), Henk Tiesma (Bev Woodroffe), Sally Straatsma (Larry), Peter Tiesma (Hennie) and Fred Tiesma (Eline); his sibling-in-law Henny VanderWindt; his son Eric Ho (Stella); and his grandchildren, Joanna and Nathan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
