He was predeceased by: his wife Antonia; his brother Victor Bax; his sister-in-law Teresa Bax; his sister Maria Donati; and his brother-in-law Alfonso Donati.
He is survived by: his sons, Reuben Bax (Suzanne) and John Bax (Kelly); his grandchildren, Jazmine Kempston (James), Samantha Bax (Jesse) and Rachael Bax; his siblings, Teresa Catalino (Giuseppi) and Enrico Bax; and his great grandchildren, Carter Kempston and Santino Bielak. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a donation in memory of Antonio are asked to consider the McCormick Care Foundation of London.
