He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellen and Edmund; his brother Stuart; and his father-in-law Ed. He is survived by: his wife Lise; his children, Nicholas and Liana; his siblings, Susan (Tony), Stephen (Cheryl), Brian (Karen), Andrew (Janet), Derek (Luann), Janet (Graham) and Tracey (Rob); and his mother-in-law Alice. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
