He is survived by: his significant other Sharon Cain; his stepson Jonathan; his parents, Gary Teetzel (Donna) and Gayle Preston (Tom); his sister Abby Reynolds (David); and his nieces, Cassie and Asha Reynolds.
As a cancer survivor, Ansen would have wished for memorial donations be made to London Regional Cancer Centre.
