With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rachel Upchan of Lively, Ontario, who passed away on March 29, 2021 at the age of 28. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rachel Upchan to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her grandfathers, Julien Delamorandière and Lawrence Cashmore. She is survived by: her husband Eric; her daughter Autumn (Eric); her parents, Alex and Connie; her parents-in-law, Monique and Nick; her siblings, Rebeka and Adam; her sisters-in-law, Kyra and Jacklyn; her grandmothers, Patricia and Kay; her nieces, Emma, Brooke and Rayah; and her nephew Jayden. She is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
However, because of the current pandemic, the service will be by invitation only.
In lieu of flowers Rachel requested that loved ones make donations to New Life Women's Home, a year long program in Trenton Ontario, which provided Rachel with the supports needed to heal physically, emotionally and spiritually as a young woman.
