He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold and Viola; his daughter Brandy; his sister Madelyn Cayen (Denis); and his father-in-law Alexander Ferguson.
He is survived by: his children, Jason (Chantal) and Jesse (Katie); his siblings, Jeanie Stinson (Jim), Jim Maloney (Vivian), Mary-Queen Bennett (Tim), Moira Swiatek (Waldie) and Maureen Urso (Ron); his mother-in-law Audrey Ferguson (Coombs); his siblings-in-law, Raymond Ferguson (Diane), Patrick Ferguson (Micheline) and Micheline Ferguson; his close friends, Terry-Lynne Matthews and Gary Manninen; and his cousin Donna Gareau. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Northern Ontario Families of Children with Cancer (NOFCC).
