He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Osawamick and Rosalie Osawamick; his siblings, Elizabeth Debassige (late Norman) of M'Chigeeng, Annie, Charolette, Madeline, Cecile, Mary Louise, James of John, WWI and Adam; and his nieces and nephews, Boniface Debassige, Donald Debassige Sr. (Winnie), Conrad Debassige (Anne), Elizabeth "Elizabethens" Osawamick, Francis Osawamick (Theresa), Bella Shigwadja and Stella Rose.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Dorothy Fox (Edward), Adam Debassige (Lorraine), Calvin Debassige Sr. (Cathy), Wayne Debassige (Heather), Arnold Debassige (Lorraine), Isabelle (Dennis), Lionel (Carla) and Richard.
