He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Lynda Jean Lewis; his parents, Edmund Lewis and Josette Lewis; and his sister Debbie. He is survived by: his children, Amanda (Sean), Justin (Melissa) and Carlee (Randy); his grandchildren, Semiah, Montana, Fawn, Kiah, Aleya, Ella, Nevaeh, Randee and Elayna; and his siblings, Fred (Joanne), Marilyn, Linda (Doug), Catherine, Sandrann, Miriam, Micheal, Garance and Frances.
