He was predeceased by: his parent George Lewis; and his brothers, George and Darin. He is survived by: his children, Alexandria Lewis and Tyler Lewis; his parent Mona Lewis; his siblings, Kevin (Cheryl) and Delrene Lewis (George); and his friends, Rasha, Kiya, Misty and Juno. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
