He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray and Esther. He is survived by: his wife Sue Collins; his pet Sarge; and his siblings, Patrick Collins (Shirley), Robert Collins (Yvonne), Bonnie Collins and Lisa Collins (Dave). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
