It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Blake Randolph Debassige (Little Current, Ontario), who passed away on June 13, 2022, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Pauline Debassige and Chief James David Debassige; his wife Shirley; his son Nano (Nishina); his granddaughter Nakoa; his siblings, Janet (Abby), Kevin, Cynthia (Allen), Richard, Darren and Corrine; his niece Wanda; and his nephew Derek. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
