He was predeceased by: his grandparents, George Johnson, Ethel Johnson (Doble) and Tommy Duffy. He is survived by: his parents, Karen Johnson of Brampton and William Duffy of Port Hope; his siblings, Heather Duffy of Madoc, Amber Turmon, Ken Turmon of Peterborough, Holly Zold, Matthew Zold of Erin and Hayley Heeringa-McNutt of Apsley; his grandparent Nancy McCartney-Duffy of Toronto; his close friends, Jerry Coombs of Listowel, Jim Sanderson of Sarnia and Kelly; and his stepchildren, Rob, Kevin, Daryl, Phil, Justin, Kayla and Carl.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Huron Hospice, Clinton, would be appreciated.
