With profound sadness, we say goodbye to John Voskamp of Listowel, Ontario, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. John left this world on January 11, 2025 at the age of 90, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arend Voskamp and Willemje Voskamp; his siblings, Evelyn Belch and Gerritje Van (Hoef); his child Bert (Diane) of Atwood; his grandchildren, Dorothy, Delicia, Matthew, Monica, Joy and Geraldine Valkenburg (Peter) of Calgary; his children, Benjamin, Anna-Ruth, David-John, Timothy, Wilma Voskamp of Toronto, Marian VanVeen of Atwood and Henry (Lynn) of Tiverton; his grandchildren, Alex, Zoe, Katie and Benjamin; his son John of Atwood; his grandchild Sawyer; his son Darryl (Ann) of Kurtzville; and his stepchildren, Karen Scrivens (Blair), David Belch (Jane) and Daniel Belch (Ruth). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Village Table Church (295 Main St W, Listowel, ON N4W1P7).
