We are sad to announce that on April 27, 2022, at the age of 84, Joe Dowling in Listowel, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Dowling and Ida Dowling (Noble); and his sisters, Ila Gerrie (James), Jean Martin and Verna Witt.

He is survived by: his children, Paul Dowling, Mary Youannou, Julie Dowling, James Willams, Rob Dowling and Lisa Dowling; and his grandchildren, Justin and Kieran.
