He is survived by: his spouse Janette Blatchford (Johnson); his parent Anna Blatchford (Townshend) of Listowel; his children, Steve Blatchford, Joy Blatchford of Guelph, Shane Blatchford and Lori VanLoo of Wroxter; his grandchildren, Aden and Harper; and his siblings-in-law, Edie Cardwell, Carl Cardwell of Kitchener, Kathy Johnson and Lorne Cousland.
