He was predeceased by: his parents, Blair Allen and Inez Allen (Goodliff); and his brother-in-law David Blain. He is survived by: his spouse Karen Allen (Smith); his children, Ryan Allen, Alysia McIntosh and Tanner McIntosh; his grandchildren, Charley Grace and Tucker Blair; his siblings, Gail Blain of Brampton, Bonnie Nash, Philip Nash of Kitchener, Joyce Biehn (Ken Pincoe) of Oakville, Joan Ward and Lane Ward of Hanover; and his siblings-in-law, Denise Boertien and Brian Boertien of Palmerston.
Memorial donations to Palliative care at Listowel Memorial Hospital or Feline Friends of Stratford would be appreciated.
