She was predeceased by: her husband Norman McIver; her parents, Manuel Mielhausen and Laura Mielhausen; her sons, Rodger McIver and Allan McIver; her brothers, Arnold Mielhausen (Phoebe) and Ivan Mielhausen; and her siblings-in-law, Donald McIver (Helen), Mary Griffiths, Christina Billadeau (Archie) and Jessie Hodder (Austin).
She is survived by: her children, Linda Edwards (Gord) of Chatsworth and LeeAnne Detlor (Jim) of Barrow Bay; her daughter-in-law Donna McIver of Brantford; her brothers, Clayton Mielhausen (Goldie) and Murray Mielhausen (Barb); and her siblings-in-law, Kate Mielhausen and George Griffiths. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of remembrance to Lion's Head Hospital c/o Bruce Peninsula Hospitals Foundation would be appreciated.
