Joan Hellyer Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Hellyer of Lions Head, Ontario, who passed away on April 16, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Pearl Hellyer and George Hellyer; and her brother Ivor. She is survived by: her close friend Dave Freer; her brother John (Nancy) of Lion's Head; her nieces and nephews, Tony Dadswell (Heather), Eric Langdon (Kristen), Nathan Hellyer (Caitlin) and Jess Hellyer (Trevor); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Colton, Bailey, Emmett, Calvin, Declan, Logan, Isla and Kjell; her daughter Aimee; her grandchildren, Kaziah and Zion; her siblings, Glen (Sandy), Pauline (Doug), Tena (Bill) and Kandy (Brian); and also Jason.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bethel Missionary Church (18 Ferndale Rd, Lion's Head, ON N0H1W0).
