Karen G. Livick wrote a sympathy message

“Our community seems smaller since Monday. Grant, in his own quiet way was such a large part of it. Many of us would stop as he worked in his front garden and ask advice. If you were lucky enough to go into the back yard to his beloved pond it was a marvel. Nature mattered to Grant. He worked with his hands using wood to create marquetry art treasures. We will miss the small details that make a person special; we will keep him in our hearts always. Karen and Stephen Livick”
