He was predeceased by: his wife Wendy. He is survived by: his children, Kristen (James Cain), Kathryn Farewell, Ashley Farewell (Allison) and Tiffany (Chris Wright); his grandchildren, Quinten, Skylar, Cooper, Thomas and Nora; and his sister Diane (Larry Amos). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, extended family and many friends.
