He was predeceased by: his parents, Verna Sullivan and Robert Sullivan; and his brother Terry. He is survived by: his siblings, Dan (Monica) and Laura (Mike); his nieces and nephews, Erika Dawn, Nicole (Adrian), Jenna (John), Ryan, Kenneth and Kirsten; and his pet Molly.
