He was predeceased by: his wife Eileen; and his children, Charlie and Mary. He is survived by: his children, George (Phyliss) and Gloria (Steven); his grandchildren, Charlie (Katherine), Eddie and Laura (Brodie); and his great grandchildren, Declan and Oswald.

In lieu of flowers the family has asked for donations to be made to Yelverton Cemetery, Ballyduff Cemetery or a charity of your choice. Donations may be made by cheque through Mackey Funeral Home, 33 Peel Street, Lindsay.
