It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nelson Lester (Lindsay, Ontario), who passed away on January 2, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nelson Lester to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Lester and Louisa Weakley; his wife Betty Harriet Barber; his daughter Sharon; his brother Bruce (Betty Lester) of Cobourg; and his niece Donna Lee Brumwell.

He is survived by: his son John Lester; his nephews, David Lester (Nancy) of Cobourg, Douglas Lester (Brenda) of Stratford, Garry Quibell (Audrey) of Cameron and Richard Barber of Saint John, NB; his niece Sue Allen (Eric) of Fenelon Falls; his cousin Joyce Ogden (Radey); and his sister Carol Fisher.
