We are sad to announce that on February 7, 2025, at the age of 77, Mary Elizabeth (Griffin) Steele (Lindsay, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Mary has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.

She was predeceased by: her brother Robert Griffin. She is survived by: her children, Michael Steele (Lesley) and Jennifer Steele (Andrew Nowell); her grandchildren, Hayden Steele and Tyler Steele; her siblings, Ruth Vantol (Al) and Gord Griffin; and her sister-in-law Joan Griffin.
