She was predeceased by: her sister-in-law Doreen Simmonds; and also Thomas Elvin. She is survived by: her spouse Bob Wheeler; her children, Tony Elvin (Joanne) of Ajax, Gary Elvin (Frances) of Lindsay and Lorraine Harris (Peter) of Pickering; her stepchildren, Michael Wheeler of Quebec, Barbara Christie (Paul) of Whitby, Tim Wheeler of Port Dover, Linda Mikels (Bob) of Lanark and David Wheeler of Oshawa; her siblings, Suzanne Kenward (Jon), Fred Simmonds and Michael Simmonds (Jenny); and also, Leona (Jeremy), Brian, Michael, Jacqui (Cody), Adam (Nicole), Samantha (Nathaniel), Jamie (Kelsey), Sarah, Kate, Oliver, Isaac, Aiden, Beau, Patricia, Lilly, Natalie and Chloe.
Relatives and friends are invited to call at the STODDART FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 24 Mill Street, Lindsay K9V 2L1 (705-324-3205) on Thursday, April 12 from 1:00 P.M. until time of funeral service in the chapel at 3:00 P.M. If desired, memorial donations to the Parkinson Society Canada or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family and may be arranged through the funeral home.
