He is survived by: his spouse Frances Lees; his child Sandra Lees; his stepchildren, Patty (Simon), Diane (Richard) and Shawn (Tracey); his father Alen Lees; and his siblings, Diana and Greg.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation to the Shades of Hope or City of Kawartha Lakes – Hospice would be appreciated by the family.
