He was predeceased by: his parents, Guido Ruscitti and Anna Ruscitti; and his brothers, Don, Gabe and Tony.

He is survived by: his wife Jennie; his daughters, Christina Moore (Shawn) and Angie Mortimer (Dave); his grandchildren, Gianna, Chloe, Maverick and Isabella; his brothers, Ray and Steve Ruscitti (Kathy); and his sisters-in-law, Lydia Warren (Bob) and Julie Lynde.
