He is survived by: his spouse Joyce Montesanto; his children, Carol-Ann Chase (Malcolm), Kelly Murray, Jeffrey (Cheryl), David (Laurie) and Katherine O'Neill; his grandchildren, Rachael Chase, Cole Chase, Paige Murray, Wesley Murray, Danielle O'Neill, Christopher O'Neill and Jennae O'Neill; his great grandchild Baby Cruz; his pet Roxy; his brother-in-law Ralph; and his siblings, Doreen, Marilyn and Steven (Judy O'Neill).
