He was predeceased by: his parents, Ken Neal and Muriel Neal; his wife Doreen; his friend Anne Lee; and his sister Arlene (Roman).
He is survived by: his children, Neisha (Ron), Cindy (Steve) and Ken (Sylvia); his grandchildren, Chris (Darrah), Troy, Tyler (Alex), Michelle (Jake), Sarah (Brendon) and Scott (Dan); his great grandchildren, Tyson, Logan, Blake, Grayson, Briggs and Baylor; and his siblings, Janice (Fran), Richard (Rosita) and Julia (Rene).
