He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Hasilo and Irene Hasilo. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Hasilo (McDonald); his children, Bradley (Jen) and Lyndsay (Julian); his grandchildren, Addison and Maverick; and his siblings, Victoria Luki (George), Paul Hasilo (Beth) and Anne Jackson (Bob).

Donations in memory of John will be accepted for the Ross Memorial Hospital and the Lakeridge Cancer Clinic.
