He was predeceased by: his wife Diane Harrigan; his parents, John Harrigan and Margaret Harrigan; and his siblings, Donny Harrigan and Pat Harrigan.
He is survived by: his siblings, Micheal (Debra), Cathy McQuade (Kim) and Anne MacGillvary. He is also survived by many great-nieces, great-nephews, extended family, and friends.
