He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Orville Cook and Marie Cook; his spouse Shelley Cook; his children, Melissa (Steve), Tyler (Taylor) and Ryan Cook; his grandchildren, Roman, Malcolm, Hudson, Abigail and Hannah; and his siblings, Douglas (Danielle), Debbie Hooper (Terry) and Matthew Cook (Krista). He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
