He was predeceased by: his parents, Hendrik and Trijn. He is survived by: his sister Jacoba Haan; his daughters, Grace (Ken), Janette (Ray), Roselyn (Denis) and Maryka (Daryl); his grandchildren, Matthew, Mark (Caitlin), Daniel (April), Catherine (Tim), Jonathan and Emma-Nuelle; and his great grandchildren, Mason, Dillon and Logan.
