As Heather departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Heather may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Heather leaves behind.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Joe Silver of Cannington; her children, Christopher Silver (Kristyn) of Kirkfield and Samantha (Mario Rohrer) of Whitby; her grandchildren, Emma, Ethan, Tomas and Xabier; her parents, Muriel McDermott and James McDermott of Beaverton; and her sister Deborah (Joe Wood) of Zephyr. She was also cherished by nephew and many friends.
If desired, memorial donations may be made by cheque to the Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay directed to the ICU or the emergency department.
