He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Stephen Lucas (Maria), Dan (Judy), Mike (Kelly), John, Dale (Angela), David (Sheila), Tim (Lee Anne), Greg (Colleen), Matthew (Natalie), Paul Evans and Jeff Evans (Amanda). He is also survived by many great nieces, and nephews.
