He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Ethel; his parents, Thomas Ballam and Annie Ballam; his children, Donna MacMillan (Doug) and Tom Ballam (Vicki); his grandchildren, Jenny (Matt), Rachel (Jen), Kevin (Kelly) and Jeffrey (Lea); his great grandchildren, Nathaniel, Declan, Charlotte and Taylor; his siblings, Ralph Ballam (Ann), Bob Ballam, Barbara Kennedy (Bill), Helen Powell, Doreen Nelson and Bill Ballam; his sister-in-law Eudea Ballam; his siblings, John, Roger, James, Lorne, Velma Truax and Ruth McPhail; and his siblings-in-law, Janet Ballam, Clarence McPhail and Roy Truax. He was also cherished by his nieces and nephews.
