She was predeceased by: her parents, Laverne Eyers and Ruth Eyers (Stephens); and her brothers, John (Judy) and Danny (Mari). She is survived by: her husband Stuart Jacobs; her sons, Jake and Josh; her grandchildren, Levi, Hailey and Elise; and her siblings, Bob (Stella), Tom (Cheryl), Louise (Ken Scully), Grace (Harold Reeds) and Paul. She is also survived by her many Nieces, Nephews.
