He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Horton (Les) and Elizabeth Horton; his wife Marion; and his children, Marion and Craig (Mary Lou).
He is survived by: his children, Ron (Marney), Keith and Beth; his grandchildren, Andrea (Paul), Becky (Dean) and Matthew (Kerry); his great grandchildren, Grace, Jacob, Avery and Quinn; his siblings, Barb Rodger and Wayne (Pearl); and his sister-in-law Lois Donovan.
