He is survived by: his son James (Kate); his grandchildren, Margot and Henry; his son Matthew (Marie); his stepson Andrew (Amy); his stepgrandchildren, Claire, James and Grace; his siblings, Catherine, Douglas (Elizabeth), Elizabeth (John) and William; and his sister-in-law Rose. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews; his extended family and many friends.
