He is survived by: his wife Carol (Hutton); his sons, Jesse, Jason and Mark (Susan); his granddaughters, Lindsay Churcher (Marcus), Myracle Mooney and Caroline Braithwaite (Matt); his great grandchildren, Julia, Jocelyn, Josie and Aimee; his siblings-in-law, Patricia Worden, Rosalie Smith, Helen Read (Bill), Esther Brown and Michael Hutton (Sharon); and his friends, Gary Clarke (Pat), Bruce Glass (Carole) and Ted Abbot (Diane). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
