He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Macdonald and Irene Macdonald. He is survived by: his significant other Bonnie Hart; his siblings, Jon, Paula (Dan) and Drew (Adriana); and his nieces and nephews, Ryan (Rachel), Jason (Andrea), Justin (Jordan), Bill and Mike (Louana).
