He was predeceased by: his parents, Denis and Sylvia; his son Jeffrey; and his father-in-law Stewart Grills. He is survived by: his sons, Stacey (Amber), Christopher (Tina) and Shawn (Amy); his grandchildren, Damon, Samantha, Riley, Kyle, Tyler, Tylene, Darcy and Holly; his mother-in-law Verna Grills; his brother Peter (Carol); and his spouse Sharon. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Dave's Life is being held at the Valentia Community Centre, Valentia on Sunday, December 9, 2018 from 1-4:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Ontario Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Valentia Community Centre would be appreciated by the family and may be arranged through the Stoddart Funeral Home, 24 Mill Street , Lindsay K9V 2L1 (705-324-3205).
