He was predeceased by: his parents, Yeel Kok Leung and King Shiu Leung. He is survived by: his wife Betty Leung; his children, Edwin Leung (Marie), Maria Leung (Don) and Cynthia Leung (David); and his grandchildren, Clara, Francis, Fiona and Erin.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lakeland Funeral & Cremation Centre (19 Moose Rd, Lindsay, ON K9V0A2).
Donations in memory of Charles can be made to Five Counties Children's Centre.
