With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Alfred William West (Lindsay, Ontario), born in Beaverton, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 3, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Mryna West; his daughters, Karen Jaatinen (Michael) and Jane West (Derek); his grandchildren, Connor, Gryphon, Drew and Miles; his siblings, Edith, Gerald (late Austin), Ken, Art, Jessie and Jim; and his parents, Mabel West and John West. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation may be made to the Ross Memorial Hospital Foundation (https://foundation.rmh.org) which would be appreciated by the family.
