He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean and Clifford; and his brother Max. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Croome; his children, Dr. Alison Croome (Ron Makowichuk) of Nanaimo, B. C. and Malcolm Croome (Erika) of Vancouver, B. C.; his brother David (Genevieve) of Melbourne; and his grandchildren, Alex and Clara. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
