He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo Paglione and Antonietta Paglione; his siblings, Josephine D'Annibale (Mario), Anna Paglione and Santino Paglione (Nancy); and his brothers-in-law, Pasquale Marcovecchio (Ida), Joe Marcovecchio (late Maria) and Guido Marcovecchio (Maria).

He is survived by: his wife Maria (Marcovecchio); his children, Antonia Reive (Richard), Lucy Paglione (Kirk) and Angelo Paglione (Debbie); his grandchildren, Jaclyne, Mackenzie, Samantha and Nicholas; his siblings, Italo Paglione (Gemma), Tony Paglione (Betty), Lucy Gabriele (Frank), Mauro Paglione (Lucy), Anna Bonfiglio (Armando), Nancy Vecera (Fred) and Carmen Paglione; and his brothers-in-law, Mario Marcovecchio (Emilia) and Victor Marcovecchio (Dina). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made by cheque to St. Michael's Parish, Heart and Stroke Foundation or Erie Shores Hospice.
